You could also try:

which can be loaded on-demand via a bookmarklet:

Using TiddlerTweaker, rename the errant EditTemplate and/or
ToolbarCommands to "EditTemplate_foo" and "ToolbarCommands_foo" (e.g.,
any arbitrary title, different than their usual titles), so that the
shadow template and commands will be immediately applied.  You should
then be able to edit tiddlers again, so you can carefully compare the
"_foo" tiddlers with the default shadow definitions to hopefully
determine what is broken and attempt a fix.
