Hmmm... Windows XP Pro, Firefox 3.5.2, much less CPU, around 5% - then again, the big difference between 3.0 and 3.5 was the javascript engine, wasn't it?
Still, using ie 6 (corporate), I was able to go make a cup of coffee and drink it, before ie6 even displayed the opening page, but then, it settled down to only 5%.
