That's TiddlyTools as I remember it. Maybe even a little faster. I caught the suggestion of bypassing the "Welcome" tiddler. However, in the attempt to access the site I was reporting on it took a long time for the "Welcome" tiddler to load, and even after it did Firefox was still locked up.
