Actually, that macro was written against tiddlywiki 2.5.2. The version
is a blunt remainder of some copy and paste action. Well, for me it
works in different browers (ie, ff, opera, chrom) on xp. Looking at it
from Safari I get a "Error: SyntaxError: Parse error"... mhhh. When do
you get the error and could you provide a link to a testcase where it
didn't work for you?

Also, as for "cycling through" tags and not just assigning individual
ones (plus showing and hiding buttons via the viewtemplate), I think
"cycleTags" is the better choice.
