Oh, I thought moving that's what the remove button was doing. Hmmm. Well, you don't normally move things backwards on a Kanban board, so I suppose it's okay. It might be more in line with the name "cycleTags" if the buttons did move things forward and backward in the list instead of removing the tag altogether. That is, of course, up to you. It would be possible to do both, I suppose, by adding another parameter, or moving to named parameters perhaps. As it is, I can use cycleTags to make a kanban board right now, and if I have to move something backwards, I can always edit it manually.
