Since even a transcluded [[RefreshTiddler]] button (by Eric) doesn't
work for tiddlers non-moveable upon opening - wouldn't somehow
hijacking the jump command for the present {{tiddler.title}}
constitute a better 'refresh' and overcome this limitation of
RefreshTiddler?
Anyone in the known how such a hijack of the jump macro for the single
purpose of a refresh could look like?
