Getting a one line description is not so easy :-) Let us argue about HOW to describe the situation! :-) Then one sentence may be possible.
For instance, this is misleading in that it is not specific enough ... You can embed an SVG image tiddler using the ordinary transclusion syntax. This is where the confusion starts. Do you mean "image" here or "element"? INLINE svg is NOT an image file, nor an image Tiddler, it is an HTML ELEMENT that dynamically renders svg co-ordinate drawing in text flow. FILE svg are self contained images that just happen in TW to be "embedded". These need to be referenced as IMAGES. We need to DIFFERENTIATE the TWO cases! They are transcluded differently.
