I do not have or use apple products but if you have internet access from the
iPad and at work you could use an internet hosted tiddlywiki. The most common
off the shelf is tiddlyspot. A few others are available but need your own
internet facing server. Some of us like me can use php or other method to host
your wiki including git hub.

What you may need to tell us is it private confidential or internet readable
content?

if you can access a usb device that may be an avenue.

Can you get other browsers on your iPad? Perhaps another has a save method that
will work.

And with all due respect when you chose a propretry solution like an apple
product they tend to limit and dictate what you can do.

Never the less an apple fan boy or girl may be able to point you to a native
solution.
