I am not sure how the iPad handles saving files these days, but you should be able to use the owncloud app with the download saver for tiddlywiki and sync it. You can do this with dropbox so hopefully the own cloudapp has the same feature. If the saving permissions on the iPad are too strict to allow that there may not currently be a simple way to have an iPad sync a wiki on owncloud, if that is the case than I should be able to put together a simple app that just includes enough to save the wiki so it can sync. The question then is how long it takes something like that to get into the App Store so it is accessible generally.
