I can't use an internet hosted TW because most of cloud servers are blocked 
by employers.

A perfect solution for me would be to the owncloud app allow me to save the 
TiddlyWiki file when I open it from the app. However, for some reason, that 
is not possible. I can't open the TW file from Chrome app (it says that the 
browser cannot open a file from that location).

There is only one app that allow me to open a TW file: it is Documents by 
Readdle. Yet, I does not allow me to save the file on the owncloud app. I'm 
still looking for a solution for this..
