*Raw in Tiddler v. transclusion*. Not sure how well that would work. You 
could inline using base-64 thingie. That blob would then be fully 
hard-coded in-line. But for bitmap blobs you'd still have the same issues 
on scale but without the manipulable possibilities of transclusion? It 
seems to me transclusion is good. Perhaps the issue is about how to have a 
more "live" methodology in edit to create transcluded Tiddlers and edit 
them inline at will?
