I just found out, that we can't use a "global" dot-paragraph rule since it 
messes with the TW stylesheet parsing. eg: 

A tiddler type: text/vnd.tiddlywiki, which is tagged: $:/tags/Stylesheet 
contains: 

.test { css rules }

This will be translated into a paragraph, which will invalidate the CSS 
configuration.

The *core CSS *isn't affected, because it uses:

\rules only filteredtranscludeinline transcludeinline macrodef 
macrocallinline macrocallblock

So it will be very error prone for most users. I'm 100% sure, that we can 
count users, which would do it right on 1 hand.
