I did experiment with the ´ tick ... acute accent like so:

´´´ for level 3 paragraph _and_
´<tab><tab> also level 3

I personally like the second version, since it creates plain text, which
shows a human readable indentation. .. but 2 tabs in a default text editor
create a 16 character wide indent, which is ugly.

´<tab><tab>.test some text ... will create a paragraph with class="test"
... Even if it is consistent, this construction looks strange ...

´´´.test some text ... feels better, since it is already known.

The tick, could be a problem with some keyboard layouts. ...

A .<space> would work but would probably loose the level _and_ class
setting, or make the whole parser logic much much more complicated.

It's not ideal.
