Can it be related to the z-index used? Some time ago I listed all used z-index values in TW see http://tw5custom.tiddlyspot.com/#Z-index The Menu bar used a z-index of 1100 but has been changed to 1050, see Github issue <https://github.com/Jermolene/TiddlyWiki5/commit/1dc517b151a33990c2e1b38af4b2e3386d4f86c0> Hope that helps.
