Alex, Why would you say "I might have to drop using TW entirely"?
*The title and leading posts are out of date and no longer relevant. Almost 3 years OLD* I like TiddlyDesktop because I can launch programs and windows explorer etc.. in it, I am sure you may be able to launch shell scripts and more.
