Is there anything in particular you do that causes the error? I downloaded the file and loaded it into TD. Made a tiddler. Saved. No errors.
It may be just by uploading your file to tiddlyspot that you have fixed it (I think you used Mat's interface, maybe? ). Try downloading the file from tiddlyspot and opening it with TD.
