Peter, I am rather confused concerning what you have and what you have not. Both from your description and the screenshots. Downloading the DoublebBlink wiki I had everything I needed. I just changed the buttons to be able to see them when selecting from control panel Appearance Toolbars, and changed the tooltips a bit too.
The .json file can be dragged and dropped into your Tiddlywiki. The import tiddler will open and you can see, what you will be importing.
