Folks, Some of the confusion here is by variances from tiddlywiki standards. + usually means NEW tiddler and The New Here button is used for new tiddler in context, specifically tagged with the current tiddler.
In this case there is a + button unusually on the view Toolbar to add a tiddler in the current of two stories?. Perhaps a new Icon should be deployed! to avoid this confusion in future.
