Folks,

Some of the confusion here is by variances from tiddlywiki standards. + 
usually means NEW tiddler and The New Here button is used for new tiddler 
in context, specifically tagged with the current tiddler.

In this case there is a + button unusually on the view Toolbar to add a 
tiddler in the current of two stories?. Perhaps a new Icon should be 
deployed! to avoid this confusion in future.
