OK, Peter, you've not gone through the http://tiddlywiki5.tiddlyspot.com/ site (alternatively, you didn't follow the instructions there) so you have set up an old version (TiddlyWiki Classic) on your site.
To load your site with a TW5, I suggest you go to http://tiddlywiki5.tiddlyspot.com/ but skip step 1 and go straight to step 2 there.
