This is a main reason why I'm (much to slowly) creating the TitlePicker <https://groups.google.com/d/msg/tiddlywiki/k85NeNjush8/3n9wG7rXAQAJ>. If you're good with regex, feel free to help out because it is a critical part:-) The goal is a little popup at caret position that is triggered when you type [[ where you select a title and it inserted. The bigger goal is that anything you call for should popup.
