Just tested Apple's HealthData xml and it works at your demo 
<https://flibbles.github.io/tw5-xml/> site :-)

with the attached health_data.xml exported from my phone, munged out 180K 
of private records to make it manageable :-) and created an xpath tiddler 
GetSomeSteps.json to fetch steps

Looks like there's a sparkline <https://github.com/tobibeer/tw5-sparkl> plugin 
from tobibeer and that would be a fun visualization!
