PMario: Actually, <$xselect> makes a lot of sense on multiple levels. I went with that. Thank you. TonyM: Yes. CSS Selectors can be used to select elements by tagName. You can definitely slurp up all the <li> tags under some given <ul>. All your use cases are things my tools will help with, though for some of them, you'd still need to write some fancy wikitext. Screen scraping a URL might require a little more though... But still!
