As often is the case, the problem was me. I had named the tiddler "TagsDB" instead of "TagDB." > And now it occurs to me also that if I not only create the TagDB > tiddler before modifying the view template, but go ahead and tag it > with the tags I'm currently using, perhaps that will work. Again, I'll > check it out. It works! Now I can go about creating a tag list specifically for organizing my tiddlers, that's not cluttered up with tags used to organize system tiddlers. Thanks Mike and Måns! I'm a bit concerned about losing access to the system tags, though as a user primarily and not even that much of a system tweaker I really don't have that much need for them. Now that I no longer need "excludeLists" to clean up my working tagging list, anyone know how I can remove it from the 137 tags and tiddlers I've tagged it with so all my tags will show up in the tags list on the sidebar?
