I would load TiddlyTweaker from a bookmarklet, (find it at TiddlyTools.com) search for tiddlers tagged with excludeLists (click "tags" in the small menu below the subtitle)and write "- excludeLists" (no semicolon) in the box to the right - click update tiddlers... done.
