It's a thought. A simple SR algorithm is not particularly hard, so that would be doable. But recently I've been seeing sites pop up that all do their own spaced-repetition implementation, and the result is if you use more than one of them, pretty soon you have 8 places to go every day to review flashcards. I'd rather not be responsible for a fifteenth competing standard <https://xkcd.com/927/>.
Anki also has a really nice mobile app, which is something TW still struggles with.
