I think you are right Mark. I think I should tag the syndromes to the correct indications. That will solve the problem? Or maybe work with fields? List the indications in a field in each tiddler that describes a specific syndrome?
Starting with the syndromes is not an option here. That is the opposite way. If you start from indications, you always have some indications available. Selecting these indications eliminates all other syndromes and indications that have nothing to do with them. With the remaining indications you can start questioning and researching very specifically.
