I think some concrete examples would help. As it is, there seems to be a logical inconsistency. You can't code your way out of a logical inconsistency.
For instance, let's say you have indication, Covid2030: LossOfSmell, HighTemperature, Horns You have no other indication with "Horns". So when you select Covid2030, no other indication will appear.
