In Section 8. "License Agreement for Flaticon Content", it states:

The authorization to use the content in the Flaticon Content *shall be free

Thus, if we use a "free" FlatIcon image on TiddlyWiki.com, we need to 
include a statement (perhaps in https://tiddlywiki.com/#License), 
indicating the source of the image.

For example, in my InsideTiddlyWiki book, I have this legal statement:
