You'll need to adjust more CSS styles to actually make the buttons look
good, but here's the basics to get the vertical buttons on the right side
of the content. Put these in a tiddler tagged with *$:/tags/Stylesheet*...
.tc-vertical .tc-tab-content {
order: 1;
border: solid #999;
border-width: 0 1px 0 0;
}
.tc-vertical .tc-tab-buttons {
order: 3;
}
