Right. A periodic "briefing paper" / "magazine" series published on a PERMANENT site is a good idea! I would not limit it to commentary on releases. I would, rather, seek OVERVIEW NOTES on aspects of TW from informed users. As TW matures it is really getting quite difficult to fully understand it. That is GOOD. Meaning, its scope is huge. There is DEFINITELY a need for detailed documentation of real USE CASES that is often lacking.
