We are likely *BOTH *right! In different ways.

I think Vanilla works *well *out-of-the-box. 

In actual CSS re-design developers, most of them, do a* "CSS cascade 
overlay"  *BECAUSE* zeroing out Vanilla  is a real challenge that few have 
attempted.*

But we CAN zero-out Vanilla. But we CAN'T zero-out the *zillions *of 
classes that will still need defining.
