I know I can use this syntax to open a TiddlyWiki and specify which tiddlers are displayed:
[[file:///C:/path/to/TiddlyWiki.html#TiddlerToView1%20TiddlerToView2]] ... but here are some of the things I DON'T know how to do (and wish I did): (1) Open a TiddlyWiki using a relative path. [[file:///AnotherTiddlyWiki.html]] doesn't seem to work. (2) Open a tiddler with spaces in the title. [[file:///C:/path/to/TiddlyWiki.html#Some%20Tiddler]] doesn't open "Some Tiddler" but instead opens "Some" and "Tiddler." (3) Open a tiddler with slashes in the title. [[file:///C:/path/to/TiddlyWiki.html#TiddlerTwoAnd/OrThree]] (4) Open a tiddler in a network location.
