Hi Mario > I didn't find a usefull answere to this question. But I can think > about using a "special" title, with some javascript, that could handle > it. Similar to AdvancedTitles_1/2. > Ok - will check it out...
I think, the way, how Eric handles, files by reference, is very > sophisticated. Especially, it doesn't blow up the TW file size. > I agree. > What's about the picture titles? Do you use the tiddler title, or > something different. I really need feedback about this? > I prefer Sections or Slices for image titles, because it gives you the freedom to create different descriptions/comments for each and every instance of an image - different contexts... PS: I have to say that I personally don't like iframing. I think > unasked iframing the whole site is like stealing content. I think > writing a short summary of something and make a propper link to it, > honors the original writer. Iframing a site doesn't. But this is my > personal opinion. > I use iframing a lot. I've even created a dedicated styleTheme which is meant to provide alternative views of the current TW via iframes in the current TW. (Tool for creating/maintaining/showing slides on an info-monitor)... I also iframe my own excel sheets and documents served by Google docs - I have different custom ViewTemplates which show excel sheets tabs in iframes specified by title, field or section.... Some online tools are great to embed in a TW - and iframing those, let's You stay focused in a workflow kept in your TW. I like that... Actually this is also why I like Your FancyBoxPlugin so much - it provides functionalty which you couldn't have, unless you are willing to leave the convenience your TW... I do agree that its bad to steal content through iframes - however I think my usecases are good examples of the opposite :-) Cheers Måns Mårtensson -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
