Hi, Joan --

Are you editing your TW on the mobile device, or just using it as a
read-only reference? If it's the latter, Udo Borkowski's IncludePlugin may
be just what the doctor ordered:

http://tiddlywiki.abego-software.de/#IncludePlugin

You could create a second, mobile-friendly TW with a bare minimum of
tiddlers (just format and functions, really). Then install IncludePlugin
and set it to "include" the content from your original TW. Voila — instant,
mobile-friendly mirror without having to switch back and forth between
themes or synchronize the mobile TW with the original.

The only drawback is that included tiddlers wouldn't be editable in the
mobile TW. Likewise, any tiddlers created on the mobile TW would have to be
synched manually back to the original TW. But anything done in the original
would show up automatically and easible on the mobile TW.

As long as you're using the mobile device for read-only tasks -- like
checking your shopping list at the store, looking up a contact, or reading
over some notes on the train -- I think this would fit the bill.
