Your table of content is just one example how subforums could be structured. The only real work that would have to be done is extracting Google's TW threads and assign them to their fitting subforum. Thereby most of it's content would already be there. And you could greatly improve it by adding your material. Personally, though a heavy user, wouldn't be able to write extensive Documentation.
