Are you still trying to use the backstage to access TiddlyTools plugins? - which wouldn't work. Instead just open a new empty tab, enter the address of TiddlyTools in your browser address bar, and search for the tiddler you need. An other way to proceed would be to right click http://www.tiddlytools.com/ and save the whole TiddlyTools TW to your drive and access it from there. In the case of 'InstantBookmarklets' find the link 'ImportTiddlersPlugin' under the heading 'Load remote plugins: (load on demand)', drag and drop the link to your browser bookmarks bar and click this it there when your TW is opened in your browser.
