I guess I would expect tiddlers loaded from a search result should be there in a temporary state - just for viewing.. When loading tiddlers from external sources was possible, Eric made temporarytiddlersplugin: http://tiddlytools.com/#TemporaryTiddlersPlugin .. An option to clone or save loaded tiddlers upon request, should be available - I think..
