I think it is important but I don't think it should be that prominent, just like orphans or missing. I hardly ever look at these precisely because they also collect a lot of garbage. So far, I think these things are for people with special needs, which i call nerds. ;-)
So, how would I use simple _links_ (not a button) at the bottom of the tags list (or in some special "more" tab) to reveal that "hidden tab" without actually having something styles as a tab-button? ...which i know how to do.
