Your "super size" mode is different to my "full screen" mode but quite 
handy. On my pc the cursor handling in "super size" mode is a bit jumpy. 

What do you think, if we create a 3 step mode. "default size" - "full 
screen" - "code size"

It's built with some tricky transclusions :)

https://github.com/pmario/tw.CodeMirrorPlugin v2.x will get a seperated 
branch. ... The build mechanism will need to be changed to use 
tiddlywiki.js ... so it'll take some time.
