In the UK we call our timezone British Summer Time in the summer, which is
GMT + 1 hour. In the winter when we jump back to GMT we just use GMT as the
timezone. So, no, I don't think GMT is ever subject to DST. Anyhow, if
you're in Europe the hangout will be at 17h00 local time as usual.
