It also implies that for consistency we'd need to remove the item from the list if the tag is later removed, which is starting to get some serious "business logic" into the heart of TiddlyWiki; it would mean that we'd have to look at every tiddler modification to see if it involves setting or clearing a tag. Even if we did automatically update the list field the effect to the user would be the same: the newly tagged tiddler would assume a default position in the list until explicitly dragged elsewhere. It should be a bit clearer when we have a drag and drop interface to the list field.
