If I click on a link within tiddler A to tiddler B, but B is already open down below my visible screen area (because tiddler A is fairly long), shouldn't the TW jump me down to the other tiddler?
Similarly, if tiddler B is not already open it will open, but down below my visible screen area. Shouldn't I get automatically jumped down to view B, if I've just clicked on a link to B?
