I think there should be an option to determine tiddler opening behavior. Whether new tiddlers open on top or on bottom. the option to move a tiddler to both focus on the tiddler and move it to the top when its link is clicked from another tiddler and it's already open. the option to not focus on the tiddler you just clicked on, just open it, (maybe with ctrl click or something).
