Haven't modified any shadow tiddlers (to my knowledge.) The TW I had running on node was essentially a plain vanilla with a few simple modifications. This is an exact copy: http://wills.tiddlyspot.com/
I have had to make a few adjustments on the stand alone version - mostly due to the different handling of block and line mode. I also have to redo the colour scheme.
