Probably yes. The new commands need a "tiddlywiki.info" file in the wiki 
root directory. With the old behaviour the "tiddlywiki" command did add 
stuff to any directory, without a notice. So if you did start it in the 
wrong folder, everything seemed ok, but it wasn't.
