Hi In my case (debian os) - the old TW did not display until I reinitialised after upgrading (tiddlywiki myTWfolder --init server) - after entering the two commands as specified my TW worked fine again.
Before reinitialising, there was no 'tiddywiki.info' file in either the root of my TW folder nor in the tiddlers directory. After reinitialising there was a new 'tiddlywiki.info' file in the root of my TW folder.
