Hi all, After upgrading all my guides to 5.0.10-beta [1], I felt it was time for new customizations. In the past I was not happy with the position of the search box in the Sidebar. As soon as you enter something in the search box, all tabs are obscured. You have to empty the Search box to gasin access to the tabs again (and the search term is lost). Therefore I already made a Search button in the toolbar on top where I combined all searches (Standard, System, Shadows, and Filter) while all searching uses $:/temp/advancedsearch (Standard search does not use $:/temp/search anymore).
Without using a toolbar button, you can remove the Search box in the Sidebar and position it under a tab 'Search' in the Sidebar. So no need for emptying the Search box anymore while switching tabs; the search item stays there. You can even combine all searches under this 'Search' tab. I just implemented it this way in [2] What do you think?
