Thanks for the report, the flickering you're seeing is definitely a bug.

To workaround it:

1. Close the browser tab
2. Open the TW file again (it shouldn't flicker at this point)
3. Go to Control Panel -> Advanced -> Settings and switch "Navigation
Address Bar" to "Do not update the address bar"
4. Save your wiki

You should now be able to edit the tiddler "Meeting Name [16.07.2014]"
without problems.

With care it is possible to work with tiddlers that include square brackets
in their titles but it is recommended to avoid them if you can,
