I would prefer to be able to set both colours in tag manager. This way we can all choose according to our preferred colour scheme. As Pmarios says we will never know for sure how other people sees it, monitor, colour blind or maybe just older eyes. I know that I have increasing difficulty reading text on coloured background, on paper that is. My big and clear monitor helps for TW.
