I believe there's a reason it's not happened for a few years now. WYSIWYG creates bloated html, hence bloated TiddlyWikis. You don't want to ever look at the actual, underlying tiddler. That's why a preview that shows the currently edited text next to the line you're editing would be a much better way of seeing what you're doing than WYSIWYG.
